We follow NSCA guidelines for program design. The NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) is the most highly recognized certifying body for performance training coaches and sets the highest standards for program design. The NSCA is the gold standard for bridging the gap between science and application.
Qualified Team of Coaches.
There is no more highly qualified performance training team in our area. Our director is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
Utilizing a low athlete:coach ratio to ensure dedicated supervision, our team focuses on body weight control, proper technique and knowledge of your individual strengths and weaknesses.
We frequently test specific performance measures to keep you on track. We give you the tools and training that have proven to result in decreased 40 yard dash times, increased vertical jump and power hop, and improved shuttle run times.
Employing principles developed by orthopedists and physical therapists, we center our program around injury prevention meaning not only will you physically outperform your opponent, you will have more time on the field to improve your game even further. ACL prevention programs have been proven to decrease risk of injuries such as ACL tears and knee pain which limit time on the field.
Facility. Our facility provides synthetic grass turf field in a temperature controlled environment. Complete workouts in a sport specific environment regardless of the weather or season.
