Katelyn Bartholomew - Therapy Aide, Sports Performance Coach
A graduate of Penn State Berks, you’ll come to know Kate as one of the faces of TPT. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and has several years of experience as both a Physical Therapy Aide and a Sports Performance Coach. Kate began her career at TPT as an intern during her junior year. Since then, she has grown to encompass much of what happens at TPT and not only continues as a PT Aide and Sports Performance Coach, but has grown to manage patient relationships, billing, office logistics and much more. If you have a question, chances are that Kate knows the answer. Kate was a high school athlete and played both basketball and softball. When she’s not at TPT, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and having adventures with her dog. You’ll see Kate almost everyday at TPT.

Lindsey Yeager DPT Student, LAT, ATC, SPT
Lindsey grew up in Berks County and is a Reading Senior High School alumnus. In 2014, she graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. At Temple, she was on the Division I gymnastics team and able to work directly with the university’s physical therapist as a patient, in addition to observing treatments as a student athletic trainer.
In the fall of 2016, she began the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA. Currently, Lindsey is in her fourth/final clinical rotation where she is excited and grateful to learn from Nate & the Taylored Physical Therapy staff. Since 2005, her first gymnastics injury requiring physical therapy, she has been interested in pursuing PT as her career. “I am thrilled to be in the last leg of my educational journey and one step closer to achieving a doctorate in my dream profession.”
Mikaela is a Performance Coach in her junior year at Penn State Berks. She is studying Kinesiology and plans to attend graduate school for Physical Therapy. Mikaela is also a member of the Penn State Berks Cross Country Team and it’s her love of running that inspired her to pursue PT. She’s interested in how to body works and how it heals itself when an injury occurs. You’ll see Mikaela during our Sports Performance classes.
Jonah is a long time PT Aide & Performance Coach who is also an Exeter alum. He’s a current student at the University of Pittsburgh and will graduate in 2020 with a degree in Psychology with the goal of moving on to achieve his doctorate in Sports Psychology. Jonah was a 4 year varsity athlete (soccer and tennis) at Exeter and continues to both play and coach tennis. He has extensive experience coaching athletes of all ages and aptitudes. You can see Jonah during college breaks at our Sports Performance classes.
Cory is a 2013 graduate of Boyertown Area Senior High School where he played Varsity soccer and baseball. He continued on to graduate in 2018 with a degree in Kinesiology from Penn State Berks. During his time at Penn State, he was a 4 time scholar athlete and 4 year starter in center field for the baseball team. Cory was an intern at TPT during his senior year at Penn State. He is currently attending Alvernia University in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. In his free time, Cory is a volunteer assistant coach for the Penn State Berks baseball team.
Anthony Kocur - Massage Therapist/Yoga For Athletes Instructor
Anthony is a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2010 with a certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. His classes create challenging and unique flows that incorporate core strength while linking body awareness with deep breath work. He also trains in qi gong and meditation. Anthony is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate from East West School of Massage Therapy in February 2008 with skills in Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology. He specializes in Thai Yoga Massage and Table Thai Massage. He also is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner and has a background in martial arts. He holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwon Do and a black sash in Northern Long Fist Kung Fu. He is a published author and novelist; his first book is Tetragrammar. He also is a distributor of Young Living’s essential oils. You will see Anthony on Yoga nights at TPT. He brings the much needed art of Yoga for Athletes to our Sports Performance Program.
Dr. Nathan Taylor - Lead Physical Therapist & Program Director
Nate is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedic and sports injury prevention and rehabilitation. A 1997 graduate of Exeter High School, Nate earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from Ursinus College. During his time there, he anchored the offensive line of the football team and worked with all of the Ursinus teams as a student athletic trainer.
After becoming Certified as an Athletic Trainer by the NATA and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Nate went on to Arcadia University where he graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy while simultaneously competing as a Natural Bodybuilder and developing his personal training business. During his 10 years as a Physical Therapist with Commonwealth Orthopedic Associates, Nate has developed specialization in Kinesiology taping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Sports Nutrition.
As the lead Physical Therapist and Director of Performance Training for TPT, Nate is living his dream of helping others establish a foundation for long-term health and optimizing athletic performance.
