Taylored Physical Therapy offers both  Massage Therapy and Reflexology as options to all Patients and Athletes. Our Physical Therapists will work closely with the Licensed Massage Therapist & Reflexologist to ensure a continuum of care.  Both therapies are effective additions to your Physical Therapy treatment. Ask your Physical Therapist if Massage Therapy and/or Reflexology are right for you!

Anthony Kocur, Licensed Massage Therapist

Anthony is a graduate from East West School of Massage Therapy (2008) with skills in Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Soft Tissue Release (STR), Deep Tissue Massage, and Reflexology. He specializes in Thai Yoga Massage and Table Thai Massage. Anthony is also a Registered Yoga Teacher (2010) with a certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. With a background in martial arts, his classes create challenging and unique flows that incorporate core strength while linking body awareness with deep breath work. He also trains in qi gong and meditation and is a Reiki Level 2 practitioner.  Anthony holds a Second Degree Black Belt in Taekwon Do and a black sash in Northern Long Fist Kung Fu.

60-minute session: $65


Therapeutic Massage rejuvenates the body and promotes overall wellness by improving    circulation, reducing stress, and eliminating muscular tension. Bodywork can range from lighter to firmer pressure depending on the client’s preference. Techniques include deep work, petrissage, cross fiber friction, acupressure, Reflexology, and trigger point release.

Sports Massage promotes range of motion in the body and facilitates in eliminating tension and tightness in the muscles. Techniques include Table Thai stretches and Soft Tissue  Release in conjunction with compressions and acupressure.

​Maggie Mirenda, Medical Reflexologist Practitioner

Magge is a 2013 graduate of the International Academy of Medical Reflexology and works on both feet and hands. 

What does Maggie do? Maggie works on the reflex areas ( much like pressure points) of your feet and hands that correspond to every organ, gland and part of your body through the nerve pathways. She works on 4 different categories of clientele from those with serious symptoms that come from medical conditions like neuropathy, to muscular skeletal pain to stress & anxiety and last but not least, foot conditions like plantar fasciitis. Reflexology can bring relief to all of these conditions and symptoms. Maggie's treatments are complementary to your regular healthcare, they do not replace it. 


60-minute session: $50

90-minute session (60 min feet, 30 min hands: $75
